1. Introduction

Welcome to AIM Ticketing. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of tickets for events listed on our platform.

By accessing and using AIM Ticketing, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

            All ticket sales are final. Pursuant to the nature of leisure services scheduled for specific dates, the statutory 7-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Transactions Act does not apply once a ticket is purchased.
          

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket's face value will be issued. Please note that booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket's face value within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

Refunds will not be provided for any other reason, including but not limited to:

Customer change of mind
Illness or personal emergency
Late arrival to the event
Weather conditions (unless event is cancelled)
Dissatisfaction with event quality

3. Organizer Payouts

Funds from ticket sales are held by AIM Ticketing and released to the event organizer after the event has concluded. This is to protect ticket buyers in the case of event cancellation.

Post-Event Settlement (Default): Funds are released to the organizer's Mobile Money or Bank account 3 working days after the event ends. This period allows for any customer complaints to be registered and investigated.
Early Access Payout (For Trusted Organizers): Trusted and verified organizers may be eligible to request an early payout of a percentage (e.g., 30-50%) of their ticket sales before the event. This is a manual process and subject to approval by AIM Ticketing.

4. Indemnity Clause for Early Payouts

The Organizer acknowledges that any funds withdrawn prior to the event are an advance. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer agrees to refund the full amount to AIM Ticketing within 24 hours.

Legal Notice: Failure to refund advanced funds within 24 hours of event cancellation constitutes a criminal offense under the Penal Code Act (Obtaining Money by False Pretence) and will result in immediate legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website:

In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam)
To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs
To impersonate any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Limitation of Liability

AIM Ticketing is a platform that facilitates the sale of tickets on behalf of event organizers. We are not responsible for the organization or execution of the events themselves.

            Any liability for the event rests solely with the event organizer. AIM Ticketing acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
            Event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer
Quality of the event or services provided
Any injuries, losses, or damages occurring at the event
Organizer's failure to fulfill their obligations

          

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.

            Continued use of our platform after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
