Getting Started

Create Your Account

Visit the Registration page to create your account. Provide your username, email, and password. For event organizers, we recommend adding your phone number for faster payment notifications and customer support.

Browse Events

Explore upcoming events on our Buy Tickets page. Use the search functionality to find events by name, or filter by date to discover what's happening near you.

For Event Organizers

Create Your Event

Navigate to Create Event from your dashboard. Choose "Physical Only" or "Online Only". Fill in all event details including name, date, location, and description. Upload high-quality poster and ticket images (JPG/PNG, max 5MB each).

Enable Online Sales (for Physical Events)

If you created a "Physical Only" event but also want to sell tickets online, go to your Dashboard. Under the "Online Sales" tab, find your event and click "Enable Online Sales". Here you can define online ticket types and quantities.

Complete Payment (for Physical Tickets)

For physical tickets, our platform uses Pesapal for secure payments. After creating your event or adding more physical tickets, you'll be redirected to complete payment. We support MTN Mobile Money, credit cards, and other local payment methods. Transaction fees are 3.5% of the total amount.

Download Tickets & Manage Event

After successful payment for physical tickets, download your tickets as a ZIP file containing all QR codes. Use your Dashboard to manage your event, add more tickets, and track sales.

Share Scanning Access with Your Team

From your event's detail page, copy the secure scanning link (physical or online) and share it with your event staff. They can open this link on any smartphone to access the scanning interface. These links are temporary and event-specific for security.

Pro Tip: Use the reporting features in your dashboard to track ticket sales and scan rates in real-time during your event.

For Event Attendees

Find and Select Events

Browse our events catalog to discover exciting events. Each event page shows details, location, date, and available tickets. Create an account or log in to purchase tickets.

Purchase Tickets

Select your desired event and choose the number of tickets. Complete the secure payment process through Pesapal. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket QR codes attached as a ZIP file.

Access Your Tickets

All your purchased tickets are available in the My Tickets section of your account. You can download individual tickets or a ZIP file containing all of them.

Attend the Event

Present your QR code at the event entrance - either printed or on your mobile device. Our scanning system will quickly verify your ticket and grant you entry. Each QR code can only be scanned once to prevent fraud.

For Event Staff & Agents

Ticket scanning can only be performed through the staff link provided by the event organizer.

Access Scanning Tools

Use the temporary access link provided by the event organizer to access the scanning interface. Regular user accounts cannot scan tickets.

Scan Attendee Tickets

Use the scanning interface to quickly verify attendee QR codes. The system will immediately indicate if a ticket is valid, already used, or invalid with clear visual and audio feedback.

Manage Entry Efficiently

The system prevents duplicate entries by tracking scanned tickets. For any issues, attendees can be directed to the event organizer who has access to full reporting and management tools.
